Nature’s Electrolyte Drink

A simple homemade electrolyte drink made with real ingredients.

Staying hydrated is about more than just drinking water. Your body also relies on electrolytes, minerals like sodium and potassium, to support fluid balance, muscle function, nerve signaling, and overall health.

While many store-bought electrolyte drinks contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, and added sugars, it's easy to make your own using just a handful of whole-food ingredients.

This is my go-to electrolyte drink because it's simple, refreshing, and made entirely from real foods.

Ingredients

  • Coconut water

  • Freshly squeezed orange juice

  • Raw honey

  • Celtic sea salt
